Questions that deserve clear answers.
Answers about document analysis, verification, digital product passports, subscriptions and the free 30-day trial.
What does TRACEO do?
TRACEO collects technical product documentation, suggests structured data with source references and flags conflicting values. You review the evidence before values are used in a passport.
Which documents can be analyzed?
PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV and TXT are supported. Scanned PDF pages without sufficient readable text are stopped; a reviewed text version is then required. Original images are not sent to AI.
Does AI verify the information for us?
No. AI-extracted values are suggestions. An authorized user reviews them against the source. Manually declared values are distinguished from document-verified information.
Are passports published automatically?
No. You choose public, restricted or internal information. Publication requires approval by an authorized organization administrator. Every published version is retained.
Is a passport proof of legal compliance?
No. Applicable requirements depend on the product category and current regulations. A generated passport is not legal certification. Incomplete requirement configuration is disclosed.
What does the free trial include?
A 30-day pilot with limited capacity. No credit card is required and there is no automatic charge. After the pilot, active access is needed for new resources and AI analyses; existing information is not deleted.
What counts toward a subscription?
Product models are counted separately from batches and units. Starter has 50 models and 1,000 batches/units; Business has 250 models and 10,000 batches/units. Document analyses, assistant questions and users have separate limits.
Where is our data stored?
Database and document storage are in Frankfurt. Server execution and AI processing are not guaranteed to remain within the EU. TRACEO claims no certifications or zero-retention guarantees of its own.
