Private from the start.
Organization documents are stored privately and access is controlled by membership and role. Documents are shared using short-lived links. Public passport information is based on approved snapshots, not internal working data.
Storage and processing
Database and document storage are in Frankfurt. Global server execution and AI processing are not guaranteed to remain within the EU. Customer AI analyses run on the platform’s standard engine; alternative model providers are tested only in isolated test environments with fictional data.
Limitations are disclosed
TRACEO has no ISO or SOC certifications of its own and does not promise zero retention by model providers. Training on customer data was disabled according to the owner’s confirmation; the setting has not been independently verified.
